Rodenstock CX1500 Auto Refractor-Keratometer

As recently featured in the Optical Press here is another great new product from the trusted Rodenstock portfolio of optical equipment.  Speed and maximum precision are key features of the new fully automatic Rodenstock CX1500 autorefractor-keratometer.  Ease of use, with automatic alignment and test results displayed on the large colour monitor, mean that this new model brings greatly reduced operator error.

Auto Tracking, Alignment and Release

Very easy handling.  The unit does nearly everything by itself!  Just bring the CX1500 in the start position and the instrument will do the measurement for both eyes successively

Motor Driven Chin-Rest

To enhance the outstanding handling performance the chin-rest can be easily adjusted with a push of a button.  For link with refraction units the chin-rest can be removed

Central and Periphic K-Values Measurement

Center measurements and keratometer values in a radius of 6mm are done very quickly and with maximum precision

Crisp 7.5" Monitor/Colour Camera

The biggest monitor linked with a colour camera allows a perfect overview of the measurement procedure, the software handling and the display of test results.  The colour camera offers the possibility of taking images of the anterior segment of the eye.
