Buchmann UK steps up its support 

Buchmann UK has appointed a Technical Services Administrator to manage the company's eleven engineers who service equipment at prescription laboratories and opticians practices throughout the British Isles. Georgina Paxton, an experienced service engineer administrator, is now the first point of contact for all service requests for Briot, WECO, Henson and Rodenstock Instruments technology, providing an efficient support and follow-through service.

Buchmann UK managing director Andrew Brandi explained - "The level of service at Buchmann has always been strong, and to have someone dedicated to ensuring the swift passage of requests for engineers is very important. Georgina's appointment is ensuring greater accountability for all our service and support calls."
