Buchmann UK expand its operation by opening a Technical Service Centre in the North
As part of its continuing company development strategy, and to strengthen its commitment to customers throughout the whole of the UK, Buchmann UK are pleased to announce the opening of their new Service Centre based in the north of the country.
The new Service Centre has been put into place as a direct response to the growing needs of Buchmann UK's customers, in order to further enhance the level of technical support we provide. Managing director Barry Dibble comments, "We recognise that our customers appreciate responsive service levels and our commitment to fulfilling these expectations is not just words on a piece of paper - it's reality. With more field engineers than any other UK optical technology company, we are investing in our engineering capability to ensure that the needs of our customers remain our highest priority".
Buchmann UK's Technical Service Centre is based near York and will be jointly managed by technical services manager Robert Archer and Briot sales & service manager Dave Tate. It is staffed by up to six engineers to provide various technical services to customers in the north of the UK. It will also hold limited stocks of products and consumables and include a dedicated delivery service for local customers.
